NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to the public and all parties of interest that the Belen City Council will hold a Public Meeting to consider a CONDEMNATION OF EASEMENT FOR RIGHT-OF-WAY at 600 E REINKEN AVE.

You are further notified that this public hearing is scheduled to be held on Monday, November 7, 2022 at 6:00 PM, in the Council Chambers at City Hall, 100 South Main Street, Belen, NM 87002. Any person having objections or wishing to be heard should make such protests to the Belen Planning Commission at the above stated date and time. Comments should be mailed to the City of Belen Planning and Zoning Department at 100 South Main Street, Belen, NM 87002. Please note that your physical presence is advised.
