NOTICE OF VARIANCE

APPROVAL

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on Wednesday, November 16, 2023, at 6:00 p.m. at a regular meeting in the Village Council Chambers, the Village of Los Lunas Planning & Zoning Commission approved the following zoning variance:

Zoning Variance allowing a reduced west side setback for the existing single family residential dwelling located at the property described as Tract: 48C2A S: 28 T: 7N R: 2E 0.20 ACRE MAP 73 1993 REV, with a street address of 412 Cortez St SE. The approved side setback for the subject parcel is 7.5ft, and the variance allows for a side setback of 2.96′ on the narrowest side of the west wall of the existing dwelling.

The zoning variances are effective and have been recorded with the Valencia County Clerk.
