NOTICE OF ADOPTION
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on Thursday, September 21, 2023, at 6:00 p.m. at a regular meeting in the Village Council Chambers, the Village of Los Lunas Council adopted the following ordinance, of which the title and summary of the subject matter are set forth below:
ORDINANCE #467
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TITLE 17 – ZONING, CHAPTER 17.44 – SUPPLEMENTARY USE REGULATIONS, SECTION 17.44.070 – FENCING, IN ORDER TO UPDATE STANDARDS FOR NON-RESIDENTIAL SECURITY FENCES.
The subject of the ordinance is set forth in the title of the ordinance.
This ordinance shall become effective five days after the publication of this adoption.
