NOTICE OF VARIANCE

APPROVAL

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on Wednesday, January 04, 2023, at 6:00 p.m. at a regular meeting in the Village Council Chambers, the Village of Los Lunas Planning & Zoning Commission approved the following zoning variance:

Zoning Variance

allowing a reduced rear setback for a mobile home to be located at the property described as Subd: CARSON PARK B-5-27 & 33 Lot: 12 Block: B Unit: 1 0.14 ACRE MAP 75, with a street address of 1627 Heaton Lp SE, Los Lunas, NM 87031. The approved rear setback for the subject parcel is 15ft, and the variance allows for a rear setback of 13ft.

The zoning variance is effective and has been recorded with the Valencia County Clerk.
