NOTICE OF INTENT TO ADOPT ORDINANCE

Notice is hereby given that at its regular meeting on June 23, 2022, commencing at the hour of 6:00 p.m., in the Council Chambers, at 660 Main Street, Los Lunas, New Mexico 87031 the Governing Body of the Village of Los Lunas will conduct a public hearing to consider a proposed Ordinance, the title of which appears below. A complete copy of the Ordinance is available for public inspection during normal and regular business hours at the office of the Village Administrator, 660 Main Street, Los Lunas, New Mexico 87031.

AN ORDINANCE TO MONITOR THE SPEED OF TRAVEL AND ENFORCE THE SPEED LIMIT THROUGH SPEED ENFORCEMENT CAMERAS BY ADDING ARTICLE XIV TO THE VILLAGE OF LOS LUNAS UNIFORM TRAFFIC ORDINANCE

This ordinance may also be referred to as the Village of Los Lunas Automated Speed Enforcement Ordinance or “VLLASE”

A general summary of the Ordinance is contained in its title. Complete copies of the proposed Ordinance will be on file and available for inspection or purchase at the office of the Clerk of the Village of Los Lunas, 660 Main Street, Los Lunas, New Mexico 87031, during regular business hours.

Publication of this notice constitutes compliance with NMSA 1978, 3-17-3.
