PUBLIC HEARING

The Los Lunas Village Council will hold a public hearing at 6:00 p.m. on December 16, 2021 in the Village Council Chambers located at 660 Main St NW, Los Lunas, New Mexico and on the virtual platform Webex at www.loslunasnm.gov/meeting to consider the following application:

ISAACSON & ARFMAN, INC, ACTING AGENT FOR DOUBLE M PROPERTIES, INC, HAS REQUESTED FINAL PLAT APPROVAL FOR SUBD: LEGACY AT SIERRA VISTA TRACT: B1 S: 23 T: 7N R: 1E 19.33 ACRES PLAT M-496 FOR THE PURPOSE OF PHASE 2 OF THE LEGACY AT SIERRA VISTA SUBDIVISION. THE PROPERTY IS LOCATED SOUTH OF MAIN ST SW AND WEST OF EMILY AVE SW.
