NOTICE OF INTENT TO ADOPT

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Belen Governing Body will conduct a public hearing and take action on the proposed Ordinance referenced:

ADOPTION OF AN ORDINANCE FOR AN ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT PROJECT: An Ordinance approving a Economic Development Project involving Center Pointe Development Group, LLC, authorizing the execution of a Project Participation Agreement pursuant to the Local Economic Development Act, NMSA 1978 5-10-1 through 17 and City Ordinance No. 15.44. LEGAL DESCRIPTION: Subd: CTS ADDITION D-5-18A & D Lot: 4, 5, & 6 Block: 8 0.51 ACRE 2004 REV AKA LANDS OF CASEY E AND BEVERLY J LUNA; 401 North Main Street.

The Belen City Council will allow for public input and take action at a public hearing which will be held on June 20, 2023 at 6:00 PM in the Council Chambers at City Hall, 100 South Main Street, Belen, New Mexico 87002.

A copy of the proposed ordinance is available for inspection at Belen City Hall Monday through Friday, 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. in the office of the City Clerk, 100 South Main Street, Belen, New Mexico 87002.
