VILLAGE OF LOS LUNAS

INVITATION TO BID

The Village of Los Lunas has an INVITATION TO BID FOR A K-9 POLICE VEHICLE.

Interested parties may obtain a proposal packet by visiting www.loslunasnm.gov/Bids.aspx, contacting Jason Gonzales (gonzalesj@loslunasnm.gov), or may be picked up in person at the Village of Los Lunas Administration Office at 660 Main St. NW, Los Lunas, NM 87031.

Sealed proposals must be hand-delivered to the Village of Los Lunas Administration at 660 Main St. NW, Los Lunas, NM 87031, Attn: Jason Gonzales. All proposals must be clearly marked "Village of Los Lunas ITB K-9 Police Vehicle – (Company Name)" on the exterior of the sealed envelope.

The deadline for submitting proposals is 2:00 pm Thursday, February 15, 2024. The Village of Los Lunas will open sealed proposals immediately following the deadline on February 15, 2024, via Microsoft Teams Meeting.

The Procurement Code, Sections 13-1-1 through 13-1-199 NMSA 1978, imposes civil and original penalties for its violation. In addition, the New Mexico Criminal Statutes impose felony penalties for illegal bribes, gratuities, and kickbacks.

NOTE: It is the responsibility of the bidder to see that their proposal is delivered to the Village of Los Lunas by the deadline. If the delivery of said proposal is delayed beyond the deadline set, the proposal will not be considered. The Village of Los Lunas reserves the right to reject any or all proposals submitted.
