TO ADOPT

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Belen Governing Body will conduct a public hearing and take action on the proposed Ordinance referenced:

FOR ANNEXATION AND ZONE DESIGNATION CHANGE FROM VALENCIA COUNTY RR-2 TO CITY OF BELEN M-C MANUFACTURING/COMMERCIAL PEROPERTY ON LOPEZ ROAD, 8 LOTS THAT ARE WITHIN SEC 6, TWNSHP 5 NORTH, RANGE 2 EAST. LOTS 20-23 AND LOTS 13-15 SHOWN ON MAP 96 MIDDLE RIO GRANDE CONSERVANCY DISTRICKT BRENT ESTATES ADDITION. TOGETHER WITH LOT 24A SHOWN ON REPLAT OF LOTS 24-26 OF BRENT ESTATES ADDITION. PROPERTY F RICHARD CASTILLO.

The Belen City Council will allow for public input and take action at a public hearing which will be held on April 5, 2021 at 6:00 PM in the Council Chambers at City Hall, 100 South Main Street, Belen, New Mexico 87002.

A copy of the proposed ordinance is available for inspection at Belen City Hall Monday through Friday, 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. in the office of the City Clerk, 100 South Main Street, Belen, New Mexico 87002.
