NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to the public and all parties of interest that the Belen Planning & Zoning Commission will hold a Public Meeting to consider a REQUEST FOR ANNEXATION AND REZONING FROM VALENCIA COUNTY AGRICULTURAL TO CITY OF BELEN SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL R-1 & AGRIGULTURAL RESIDENTIAL A-R.

You are further notified that this public hearing is scheduled to be held on Monday, January 8th, 2024 at 6:00 PM, at the City Hall Council Chambers, 100 S. Main St, Belen, NM 87002. Any person having objections or wishing to be heard should make such protests to the Belen Planning Commission at the above stated date and time. Comments should be mailed to the City of Belen Planning and Zoning Department at 100 South Main Street, Belen, NM 87002.
