HEARING

The Los Lunas Village Council will hold a public hearing at 6:00 p.m. on April 8, 2021 on the virtual platform Webex at www.loslunasnm.gov/meeting to consider the following application:

DEVELOPMENT MANAGING CONSULTANTS, ACTING AGENT FOR SIVAGE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT, LLC HAS REQUESTED FINAL PLAT APPROVAL FOR INSPIRACION PHASE 3 WITH A LEGAL DESCRIPTION OF SUBD: INSPIRACION SUBDIVISION PHASE 1 TRACT A1A S: 16 T: 7N R: 2E 7.38 ACRES PLAT M-442. THE SUBDIVISION IS LOCATED SOUTH OF LOS CERRITOS RD NW AND EAST OF HIGHLINE RD NW.

The full agenda will be available no later than 72 hours prior to the scheduled meeting, on the Village website – loslunasnm.gov – and also posted at the Village of Los Lunas Council Chambers.
