The Planning and Zoning commission and the Governing Body of the Village of Bosque Farms will hear the following application at the Planning & Zoning Commission meeting on Monday, April 1. 2024, at 6:30 PM, and at the regular Council meeting on Thursday, April 18, 2024, at 6:00 PM, both meetings will be held at the Village Council Chambers at 1455 West Bosque Loop, Bosque Farms, NM 87068.
• Request for a Minor Subdivision for: Tract: A1 S: 12 T: 7N R: 2E 1.00 ACRE MAP 62 BOSQUE FARMS UNIT #3 J UPC# 1012041085525000000. Tract A1A 0.5000 AC, Tract A1B 0.2500 AC, Tract A1C 0.2500 AC. In accordance with 10-2-16 of the Village of Bosque Farms Ordinance. History: this property went before the Commission on March 4, 2024, but was denied for not having someone there to speak on behalf of the property owner.
Copies of the proposed minor subdivision are available at the village office during normal business hours.
