LEGAL NOTICE
On Wednesday, July 5, 2023 at 5:00 P.M., in a regular meeting at the Valencia County Administrative Offices, 444 Luna Ave., Los Lunas, NM 87031, the Board of County Commissioners of Valencia County will conduct a public hearing for the purpose of discussing the Liquor License Application for Richard Torrez, DBA Sandbagger Eatery. The New Mexico Liquor Control Act requires that a public hearing be conducted by the governing body concerning the issuance or transfer of liquor licenses. The purpose of this hearing is to approve or disapprove the Restaurant (type – A) Liquor License. If approved this liquor license will be located at 19586 Highway 314, Belen NM.
