NOTICE OF INTENT TO ADOPT

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Belen Governing Body will conduct a public hearing and take action on the proposed notice.

Notice of public hearing for granting of a private road and public utility easement through City of Belen lands (UPC 1005027260489000000: LAND OF THE CITY OF BELEN Tract: B2 27.40 AC 2011 REV D-4-23 and UPC 1005027260450000000: LAND OF THE CITY OF BELEN Tract: C (5.74 AC) & TRACT D (18.59 AC) TOTAL 24.33 ACRES 2011 REV) from the south Right of Way of Camino del Llano south through the City Lands to an adjacent property (UPC 1005027330320000000: Subd: LAND OF ESTATE OF RAFAEL B SANCHEZ Tract: PORT OF TRACT 6 49.76 ACRES).

The Belen City Council will allow for public input and take action at a public hearing which will be held on April 15, 2024, at 6:00 PM in the Council Chambers at City Hall, 100 South Main Street, Belen, New Mexico 87002.

A copy of the proposed ordinance is available for inspection at Belen City Hall Monday through Friday, 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. in the office of the City Clerk, 100 South Main Street, Belen, New Mexico 87002.
