PUBLIC HEARING

The Village of Los Lunas Planning & Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing at 6:00 p.m. on January 17, 2024 in the Village Council Chambers located at 660 Main St NW, Los Lunas, New Mexico to consider the following application.

ATWELL LLC, ACTING AGENT FOR BW GAS & CONVENIENCE RETAIL STORE LLC, HAS REQUESTED A ZONING VARIANCE FOR THE PROPERTY DESCRIBED AS TRACT 74A1A1 S: 26 T: 7N R: 2E , WITH A STREET ADDRESS OF 2101 MAIN ST SE, FOR THE PURPOSE OF ALLOWING A HEIGHT VARIANCE OF A PROPOSED FREESTANDING SIGN FROM THE 20-FEET MAXIMUM TO 35-FEET.

The full agenda will be available no later than 72 hours prior to the scheduled meeting, on the Village website – loslunasnm.gov – and also posted at the Village of Los Lunas Council Chambers. All persons have a right to attend this public hearing. Property owners who received notice of this hearing by certified mail have legal standing for their opposition or support of the item to be included in the public record. For statements of opposition or support to be included in the agenda packet, they must be received in written form by January 8, 2024 for the Planning and Zoning Commission hearing.
