Notice of Public Hearing

Town of Peralta Council will hold a public hearing at 6:00PM on February 13, 2024 in the Council Chambers located at 90A Molina Road, Peralta, NM 87042.

Variance -Annette Baca, is requesting a boundary line set back variance at 3657 A Highway 47, Land of Albert Olguin, Tract: 49C 0.81 acres for a cannabis manufacturing company to lease a suite.

The full agenda will be no later than 72 hours prior to the scheduled meeting, on the Town’s website – www.townofperalta.org and the Town’s Facebook page.
