HEARING
The Village of Los Lunas Planning & Zoning Commission will hold a hearing at 6:00pm on November 3, 2021 on the virtual platform Webex at www.loslunasnm.gov/pandzmeeting or 1-408-418-9388 (Access Code: 2556 146 4307 Password/Passcode: pzhearing/79432746) to consider the following application:
- AMERCO REAL ESTATE COMPANY, ACTING AGENT FOR LOS MORROS INVESTMENT GROUP, LLC, HAS APPLIED FOR A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR THE PROPERTY LOCATED IN SUBD: LOS MORROS BUSINESS PARK TRACT: K1A4-A4 4.10 ACRES 2008 REV AND SUBD: LOS MORROS BUSINESS PARK TRACT: K1A4-A5A 5.70 ACRES 2008 REV, LOCATED NORTH OF MAIN ST NW AND WEST OF I-25, FOR THE PURPOSE OF ALLOWING A U-HAUL MOVING AND STORAGE STORE.
