The Los Lunas Planning & Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing at 6:00 p.m. on December 1, 2021, on the virtual platform Webex at

www.LosLunasNM.gov/pandzmeeting or 1-408-418-9388 (Access code: 2552 381 7745 password: pzhearing or 79432746) to consider the following application:

BARBARA BOWMAN, REPRESENTING AMERICAN LEGION POST 85 AND ACTING AGENT FOR EZEQUIEL AND NAEOMI TRUJILLO, HAS APPLIED FOR A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR THE PROPERTY LOCATED IN SUBD: LAND OF DON SULLIVAN TRACT: B 0.46 ACRE MAP 72 2007 REV AKA 29A1A2B, WITH A STREET ADDRESS OF 3474 A MAIN ST NE, FOR THE PURPOSE OF ALLOWING A FRATERNAL ORGANIZATION.
