NOTICE IS HEREY GIVEN that at a meeting of the Town of Peralta Council on August 24, 2021 at 6:00 PM, a public hearing for the purpose of adopting Cannabis Ordinance Licensing and Regulation Cannabis Growth and Regulating the proximity of Cannabis Establishment to established Schools and Daycare Centers. The Peralta Council may adopt the Ordinance at the meeting following the public hearing. The Ordinance will be presented to the Council for Final Passage at the regular meeting on August 24, 2021 at 6:00PM. The meeting will be held at Peralta Town Hall – 90A Molina Blvd, Peralta, NM 87042.

Complete copies of the proposed Ordinance are available for public inspection at the Town Hall or may be view online at www.townofperalta.org.
