NOTICE OF ADOPTION

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on Thursday, February 22, 2024 at 6:00 p.m. at a regular meeting in the Village Council Chambers, the Village of Los Lunas Council adopted the following ordinance, of which the title and summary of the subject matter are set forth below:

ORDINANCE 469

An Ordinance Amending Title 2 Administration and Personnel, of the Village Personnel Ordinance, by Repealing and Replacing Chapter 2.28 Personnel, Amending Chapter 2.20 from Reserved to Collective Bargaining, and moving Section 2.28.110 Collective Bargaining to Chapter 2.20.

The subject of the ordinance is set forth in the title of the ordinance.

This ordinance shall become effective five days after the publication of this adoption.
