Enterprise (DBE) Goals for Federal Fiscal Years

2022-2024

The Belen Regional Airport hereby announces its fiscal years 2022-2024 DBE Goal of 11.7% for airport construction projects. The proposed goal and goal-setting methodology are available for inspection between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, for a period of 30 days following the date of this notice at the City of Belen, 100 South Main Street, Belen, New Mexico 87002. A public meeting will be held July 28, 2022 at 10:00 am in the City Council Chambers, 100 S. Main St., Belen, NM to discuss the goal setting methodology used for the projects planned for the next three years

The City and FAA Civil Rights Office will accept comments on the DBE goals for 45 days from the date of this notice. Comments can be sent to either of the following:
