NOTICE OF

PUBLIC HEARING

The Village of Los Lunas Council will hold a public hearing at 6:00 p.m. on August 26, 2021 in the Village Council Chambers located at 660 Main St NW, Los Lunas, New Mexico and virtually at www.loslunasnm.gov/meeting to consider the following item:

2.28.120(L)

The Village currently offers a tuition reimbursement benefit to eligible employees requiring employees to repay a percentage of any tuition reimbursement they have received if they voluntarily leave or are terminated from their employment within one (1) year of the last date of reimbursement. If approved, this Ordinance revision will establish a two (2) year period for repayment of any tuition reimbursed instead of a one (1) year period, with appropriate percentages for repayment.

The full agenda will be available no later than 72 hours prior to the scheduled meeting, on the Village website – loslunasnm.gov – and also posted at the Village of Los Lunas Council Chambers.
