NOTICE OF ADOPTION

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on Thursday, January 25, 2024, at 6:00 p.m. at a regular meeting in the Village Council Chambers, the Village of Los Lunas Council adopted the following ordinance, of which the title and summary of the subject matter are set forth below:

ORDINANCE #470

Ordinance 470: An ordinance annexing a certain parcel of land described as Parcel 2-3: Tract: NW Portion of Tract of Land East of I-25 and West of Belen Highline Canal S: 31, T: 7N, R: 2E, and further described in Exhibit A 4 Los Lunas I-25 Interchange and East-West Corridor Annexation Map.

The subject of the ordinance is set forth in the title of the ordinance.

This ordinance shall become effective five days after the publication of this adoption.
