NOTICE OF ADOPTION

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that at a meeting of the Los Lunas Village Council on Thursday, December 16, 2021 at 6:00 p.m. in the Village Council Chambers the following ordinance was adopted, the title and summary of the subject matter, which are set forth below:

ORDINANCE 458

AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE CONTROL OF EROSION, FLOODING AND ENSURING THE HIGHEST LEVEL OF WATER QUALITY BEFORE ENTERING THE RIO GRANDE OR THE GROUND THROUGH INFILTRATION; PROVIDING FOR PENALTIES; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE OF ORDINANCE.

The subject of the ordinance is set forth in the title of the ordinance.

This ordinance shall become effective five days after publication of its adoption.
