PUBLIC HEARING
The Los Lunas Village Council will hold a public hearing at 6:00 p.m. on October 07, 2021 in the Village Council Chambers located at 660 Main St NW, Los Lunas, New Mexico and on the virtual platform webex at www.loslunasnm.gov/meeting to consider the following application:
JOSH ROGERS OF BH DEVCO, ACTING AGENT FOR HUNING LIMITED PARTNERSHIP, HAS REQUESTED FINAL PLAT APPROVAL TO SUBDIVIDE SUBD: LANDS OF HUING LIMITED PARTNERSHIP TRACT: 1 922.02 ACRES PLAT M-491 FOR A PROPOSED COMMERCIAL DEVELOPMENT. THE PROPERTY IS LOCATED NORTH OF MAIN ST NW AND WEST OF LOWER LEVEE RD NW.
