NOTICE OF ADOPTION

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on Thursday, JANUARY 25, 2024, at 6:00 p.m. at a regular meeting in the Village Council Chambers, the Village of Los Lunas Council adopted the following ordinance, of which the title and summary of the subject matter are set forth below:

ORDINANCE #276-2023-05

AN ORDINANCE PERMITTING A ZONE CHANGE OF A DESIGNATED AREA WITHIN THE MUNICIPALITY OF THE VILLAGE OF LOS LUNAS, COUNTY OF VALENCIA, STATE OF NEW MEXICO. CHRISTINA MEDRANO HAS APPLIED FOR A ZONE CHANGE FROM A-R TO R-1 FOR THE PROPERTY DESCRIBED AS TRACT: 78A2 (0.18 AC) & TRACT 78A1A (1.03 AC) S: 22 T: 7N R: 2E TOTAL 1.21 ACRES MAP 69, WITH A STREET ADDRESS OF 800 ONESIMO FAJARDO LN NE, FOR THE PURPOSE OF ALLOWING A FAMILY LOT SPLIT WITHIN THE REQUESTED ZONE, R-1.

The subject of the ordinance is set forth in the title of the ordinance.

This ordinance shall become effective five days after the publication of this adoption.
