LEGAL NOTICE

On Wednesday, November 15, 2023 at 5:00 P.M., in a regular meeting at the Valencia County Administrative Offices, 444 Luna Ave., Los Lunas, NM 87031, the Board of County Commissioners of Valencia County will conduct a public hearing for the purpose of discussing the Liquor License Application for Horseshoe Event Center LLC, DBA Horseshoe Event Center. The New Mexico Liquor Control Act requires that a public hearing be conducted by the governing body concerning the issuance or transfer of liquor licenses. The purpose of this hearing is to approve or disapprove the Transfer of Dispenser Type Liquor License. If approved this liquor license will be located at 4555 Highway 314 South, Los Lunas, NM 87031.
