NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to the public and all parties of interest that the Belen Planning Commission will hold a Public Meeting to consider a REQUEST FOR A VARIANCE ON THE REQUIRED SETBACKS IN ORDER TO CONSTRUCT NEW HOMES.

You are further notified that this public hearing is scheduled to be held on Monday, July 10, 2023 at 6:00 PM, at the Belen Council Chambers, 100 South Main Street, Belen, NM 87002. Any person having objections or wishing to be heard should make such protests to the Belen Planning Commission at the above stated date and time. Comments should be mailed to the City of Belen Planning and Zoning Department at 100 South Main Street, Belen, NM 87002. Please note that your physical presence is advised.
