NOTICE OF
ZONING VARIANCE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on Wednesday, September 21, at 6:00 p.m. at a regular meeting in the Village Council Chambers, the Village of Los Lunas Planning & Zoning Commission approved the following zoning variance:
Zoning Variance allowing for a reduced side setback for the existing carport located on the east side and front yard of the property described as Subd: CARSON PARK B-5-27 & 33 Lot: 8 Block: G Unit: 1, with a street address of 1167 Jaramillo Ct SE, Los Lunas, NM 87031. The approved side setback for the subject parcel is 5ft, and the variance allows for a side setback on the east side of 0ft.
The zoning variance is effective and has been recorded with the Valencia County Clerk.
