NOTICE OF ADOPTION

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on Thursday, September 22, 2022, at 6:00 p.m. at a regular meeting in the Village Council Chambers, the Village of Los Lunas Council adopted the following ordinance, of which the title and summary of the subject matter are set forth below:

ORDINANCE #276-2022-2

AN ORDINANCE PERMITTING A ZONE CHANGE OF A DESIGNATED AREA WITHIN THE MUNICIPALITY OF THE VILLAGE OF LOS LUNAS, COUNTY OF VALENCIA, STATE OF NEW MEXICO. THE VILLAGE OF LOS LUNAS COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT HAS APPLIED FOR A ZONE CHANGE FROM R-1 TO TOD-MU FOR THE PROPERTY DESCRIBED AS SUBD: LAND OF LUIS MIRELES TRACT: A1 5.00 ACRES MAP 73; FROM S-U TO TOD-MU FOR THE PROPERTY DESCRIBED AS SUBD: LAND OF 98A LIMITED CO TRACT: C2 .82 AC B-5-28 1998 REV; AND FROM S-U TO TOD-MU FOR THE PROPERTY DESCRIBED AS SUBD: LAND OF 98A LIMITED CO TRACT: C1 4.46 AC B-5-28 1998 REV, FOR THE PURPOSE OF ALLOWING AN AFFORDABLE HOUSING DEVELOPMENT. THE PROPERTY IS LOCATED SOUTH OF HELEN CIR SE AND WEST OF LOS LENTES RD SE.

The subject of the ordinance is set forth in the title of the ordinance.

This ordinance shall become effective five days after the publication of this adoption.
