Notice of Public Hearing
Town of Peralta Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing at 6:00PM on August 16, 2022, in the Council Chambers located at 90A Molina Road, Peralta, NM 87042.
Conditional Use Permit 33 Sunflower Lane requesting a Conditional Use Permit for a Wedding Venue, Villa Rental, Vacation Rental and Event Space, Tract: 61B1 1.5 acres.
The full agenda will be no later than 72 hours prior to the scheduled meeting, on the Town’s website – www.townofperalta.org and the Town’s Facebook page.
