NOTICE OF ADOPTION

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on Thursday, June 09, 2022, at 6:00 p.m. at a regular meeting in the Village Council Chambers, the Village of Los Lunas Council adopted the following ordinance, of which the title and summary of the subject matter are set forth below:

ORDINANCE #276-2022-05

AN ORDINANCE PERMITTING A ZONE CHANGE OF A DESIGNATED AREA WITHIN THE MUNICIPALITY OF THE VILLAGE OF LOS LUNAS, COUNTY OF VALENCIA, STATE OF NEW MEXICO. DONALD AND ANITA LUCERO, REPRESENTING D & A PROPERTIES LLC, HAVE APPLIED FOR A ZONE CHANGE FROM C-1 TO S-U FOR THE NORTHERN PORTION OF PROPERTY DESCRIBED AS SUBD: LAND OF BOBSONS TRACT: B1 1.35 ACRES MAP 72 2009 REV, WITH A STREET ADDRESS OF 3414 HIGHWAY 47, AND NOW IDENTIFIED AS TRACT 2BI, FOR THE PURPOSE OF ALLOWING AN RV PARK.

The subject of the ordinance is set forth in the title of the ordinance.

This ordinance shall become effective five days after the publication of this adoption.
