NOTICE OF ADOPTION

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that at a meeting of the Los Lunas Village Council on Thursday, November 4, 2021 at 6:00 p.m. in the Village Council Chambers the following ordinance was adopted, the title and summary of the subject matter, which are set forth below:

ORDINANCE 461

AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING RECREATIONAL CANNABIS REGULATIONS, AMENDING TITLE 17 OF THE LOS LUNAS ZONING CODE.

The subject of the ordinance is set forth in the title of the ordinance.

This ordinance shall become effective five days after publication of its adoption.
