NOTICE OF PUBLIC

HEARING

The Village of Los Lunas Council will hold a public hearing at 6:00 p.m. on May 11, 2023 in the Village Council Chambers located at 660 Main St NW, Los Lunas, New Mexico to consider the following application.

DEVELOPMENT MANAGING CONSULTANTS, ACTING AGENT FOR SIVAGE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT INC, HAS REQUESTED FINAL PLAT APPROVAL TO SUBDIVIDE SUBD: INSPIRACION OESTE TRACT: PARCEL A S: 17 T: 7N R: 2E 34.40 ACRES M-599, ALSO KNOWN AS PARCEL A-1 OF THE VALLECITO OESTE SUBDIVISION, FOR THE PURPOSE OF CREATING THE MIL COLORES SUBDIVISION IN THE FIESTA AREA PLAN. THE PROPERTY IS LOCATED NORTH OF LOS CERRITOS RD AND SOUTH OF VALLECITO LP NW.

The full agenda will be available no later than 72 hours prior to the scheduled meeting, on the Village website – loslunasnm.gov – and also posted at the Village of Los Lunas Council Chambers. All persons have a right to attend this public hearing. Property owners who received notice of this hearing by certified mail have legal standing for their opposition or support of the item to be included in the public record. For statements of opposition or support to be included in the agenda packet, they must be received in written form by May 1, 2023 for the Village Council hearing.
