The Village of Bosque Farms Planning & Zoning Commission will hear the following application on Monday, June 5, 2023 at 6:30 PM and by the Governing Body on June 15, 2023 at 6:00 PM at the Village Council Chambers located at 1455 West Bosque Loop, Bosque Farms, NM:

Request for a Variance as per 10-1-16 by Octavio and Elsida Gallegos. The applicant is asking for a variance for an already built carport that is located within the 30′ setback as stated in section 10-1-5 D (1)
