NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Belen Governing Body will conduct a public hearing and take action on the proposed Abatement of Alley referenced:
TO VACATE THE ALLEY LOCATED AT THE END OF 120 S. 2ND DOODLE BUG PARK PROPERTY OWNER CITY OF BELEN, LEGAL SUMMARY SUBD: BTS ADDITION D-5 18 LOT; 17, 18, & 19 BLOCK: 38 0.24 ACRE MAP 100
The Belen City Council will allow for public input and take action at a public hearing which will be held on July 6, 2021 at 6:00 PM in the Council Chambers at City Hall, 100 South Main Street, Belen, New Mexico 87002. .
