NOTICE OF ADOPTION

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that at a meeting of the Los Lunas Village Council on Apri 22, 2021 at 6:00 p.m. in the Village Council Chambers the following ordinance was adopted, the title and summary of the subject matter which are set forth below:

ORDINANCE 276-2021-3

AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE CHANGE IN ZONING OF A DESIGNATED AREA WITHIN THE MUNICIPALITY OF LOS LUNAS, COUNTY OF VALENCIA, STATE OF NEW MEXICO, PROVIDING FOR A ZONE ATLAS AMENDMENT.

ARCH + PLAN LAND USE CONSULTANTS, ACTING AGENT FOR VIRGINIA OTERO, HAS APPLIED FOR CONDITIONAL APPROVAL FOR A SPECIAL USE AMENDMENT TO REZONE FROM MH TO SU THE PROPERTY LOCATED IN SUBD: LAND OF ED MCCARTY TRACT: C2A2B (1.37 AC) & TRACT C2B1 (0.73 AC) TOTAL 2.10 ACRES MAP 72, WITH A STREET ADDRESS OF 6 EDEAL RD SE, FOR THE PURPOSE OF ALLOWING A MOBILE HOME PARK; AND THAT SUCH SPECIAL USE AMENDMENT WOULD TAKE EFFECT ONLY AFTER A SUMMARY PLAT HAD BEEN APPROVED AND RECORDED FOR SUBD: LAND OF ED MCCARTY TRACT: C2A2B (1.37 AC) & TRACT C2B1 (0.73 AC) TOTAL 2.10 ACRES MAP 72, TO ENSURE MINIMUM LOT SIZE WAS MET FOR A MOBILE HOME PARK

This ordinance shall become effective five days after publication of its adoption.
