Notice of Public Hearing

Town of Peralta Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing at 6:00 PM on January 16, 2024, in the Council Chambers located at 90A Molina Road, Peralta, NM 87042.

Conditional Use Permit – 68 Peralta Blvd, Peralta, NM – Conditional Use Permit for Home Occupational Business for a fencing company to store equipment and materials.

The full agenda will be available no later than 72 hours prior to the scheduled meeting, on the Towns website – www.townofperalta.org and the Town’s Facebook page.
