TO:UNKNOWN HEIRS OF CHARLOTTE J. TOLEDO (“Unknown Heirs”)

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that plaintiff, New Mexico Bank & Trust (“NMBT”), filed an Amended Complaint on 11/23/2021, against the above-named defendants in the Thirteenth Judicial District Court, Valencia County, NM. The object of the Complaint is to collect on a Promissory Note executed by Charlotte J. Toledo to NMBT, and to foreclose a Mortgage on 1082 Giron Court, SE, Los Lunas, NM.

The Unknown Heirs are notified that they have 20 days from the last date of publication of this notice to file an answer or other responsive pleading to the Complaint. If the Unknown Heirs do not file a timely responsive pleading, an in rem judgment will be taken against them by default for the relief requested in the Complaint. Plaintiff’s attorney is James R.
