STATE OF NEW MEXICO to the above-named Respondents Monique Rayan Adams and James Paul Adams, GREETINGS:

You are hereby notified that the above-named Petitioner has filed a Petition for Guardianship in the above-entitled Court and cause of Jameson Vincent Adams, born in October of 2021, to Monique Rayan Adams and James Paul Adams.

You are further notified that unless you file a written response to the Petition by no later than thirty days from this publication with the Court Clerk, Thirteenth Judicial District Court, Valencia County, Los Lunas, New Mexico, with a copy to the Petitioner’s attorney, or appear at the hearing, the Court may enter a default judgment in your absence.
