TRACT 48A-3 OF THE LANDS OF J.L. GALLEGOS, AS SAID TRACT IS SHOWN AND DESIGNATED ON THE PLAT OF SAID LANDS, RECORDED IN THE OFFICE OF THE COUNTY CLERK OF VALENCIA COUNTY, NEW MEXICO ON JUNE 24, 1982 IN PLAT BOOK 9, AT PAGE 112.
Unless you file and serve a pleading or motion in response to the complaint in said cause on or before 30 days after the last publication date, judgment by default will be entered against you.
