ALL UNKOWN CLAIMANTS OF INTEREST ADVERSE TO THE INTERESTS OF PLAINTIFF,

GREETINGS:

You are hereby notified that the above-named Plaintiffs, Alexander Tyler Rufrano and Meagyn E. Rufrano, have filed a civil action against you in the above-entitled Court and cause, the general object thereof being to quiet title to property located in Valencia County, New Mexico and said property is more particularly described as:

Government Lot 58 within Section Thirty-Six (36), Township 6 North, Range 1 East, N.M.P.M.

(hereinafter, the “Property 1”).

And

Government Lot 49 within Section Twenty-Six (26), Township 6 North, Range 1 East, N.M.P.M.

(hereinafter, the “Property 2”).

That unless you enter your appearance in said cause on or before the thirty (30) days after the last publication date, judgment by default will be entered against you.
