NOTICE OF PENDENCY OF SUIT

THE UNKNOWN HEIRS OF VIOLA R. SMITH, Deceased, TRENTON M. SMITH, Deceased and LORETTA SMITH, Deceased and ALL UNKNOWN CLAIMANTS OF INTEREST IN THE PREMISES ADVERSE TO THE PLAINTIFFS, GREETINGS.

You and each of you are hereby notified that the above-named Plaintiffs have filed a Complaint against you in the above-entitled and numbered case in the above-designated Court.

The general object of the action is to quiet the title of the Plaintiff in fee simple in and to the real estate described in the Complaint in this cause, being situate within Valencia County, New Mexico and more particularly described as:

Tracts 3A and 3B of the Land Division Plat of Tract 3, Land of Virgil E. Quesnell as said tracts are shown and more particularly described on the plat thereof filed in the Office of the Valencia County Clerk, New Mexico on June 16, 2021in Plat Cabinet M, Folio 509.

Unless you file a responsive pleading or motion in the Court cause on or before thirty (30) days from the date of the last publication of this Notice, a default judgment or other appropriate relief will be rendered in the cause against you.
