STATE OF NEW MEXICO to SATURNINO ZAMORA, if living, or if deceased, THE UNKNOWN HEIRS OF SATURNINO ZAMORA, including without limitation, ALL UNKNOWN CLAIMANTS OF INTEREST IN THE PREMISES ADVERSE TO THE PLAINTIFF, GREETINGS:
You and each of you are hereby notified that the above-named Plaintiffs have filed a Complaint against you in the above-entitled and numbered case in the above-designated Court. The general object of the action is to quiet the title of the Plaintiff in fee simple in and to the real estate described in the Complaint in this cause, being situate within Valencia County, New Mexico and more particularly described as:
Tracts 18A and 18B, as said Tracts are shown and more particularly described on Map 102 of the surveys of the Middle Rio Grande Conservancy District within Section 20, Township 5 N, Range 2 E of the New Mexico Principal Meridian.
The above captioned action is pending and is undetermined.
Unless you file a responsive pleading or motion in the Court and cause on or before thirty (30) days from the date of the last publication of this Notice, a default judgment or other appropriate relief will be rendered in the cause against you.
