CARLA HERRERA, Personal Representative, has filed a Petition for Formal Probate of Will and Order of Complete Settlement of Estate by Personal Representative. On December 28, 2021, at 8:30 a.m., at the Bernalillo County District Courthouse, 400 Lomas Blvd., NW, Albuquerque, New Mexico 87102, the Court will hear the Petition and objections, the interest of each respective claimant, the persons entitled to distribution, and discharge of the Personal Representative.
