You are hereby notified that an action has been filed against you in this court and county by William P. Burton. The general object of the action is to quiet title to certain real property located at 4 Shady Lane, Los Lunas, NM 87031 and more particularly described as Lot numbered

forty-five (45), as such lot is shown and so designated on the Plat of Tome Shadows, a subdivision in Valencia County, New Mexico, filed in the Office of the Valencia County Clerk, on March 19, 1980 (c139), together with all improvements located thereon.

You are further notified that unless you enter or cause to be entered your appearance in

this cause on or before on or before the thirtieth day following the date of the last publication of this Notice, judgment will be rendered in this case against you by default and the relief prayed for will be granted.
