UNKNOWN HEIRS OF

ROBERT D. HAWLEY and

UNKNOWN OCCUPANTS (“Hawley Defendants”)

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that plaintiff, New Mexico Bank & Trust (“NMBT”), filed a

Complaint on May 13, 2021, against the above-named defendants in the Thirteenth Judicial District Court, Valencia County, New Mexico. The object of the Complaint is to collect on a Credit Agreement executed by Robert D. Hawley to NMBT, and to foreclose a Mortgage on 1122 Los Nardos, Los Lunas, NM.

The Hawley Defendants are notified that they have 20 days from the last date of publication of this notice to file an answer or other responsive pleading to the Complaint. If the Hawley Defendants do not file a timely responsive pleading, a judgment will be taken against them by default for the relief requested in the Complaint. Plaintiff’s attorney is James R.
