TAKE NOTICE that in accordance with provision of NMSA 1978 Sections 40-8-1 through 40-8-3 the above captioned Petitioner will apply to the Honorable Cindy Mercer, District Judge of the 13th Judicial District, Valencia County, New Mexico, at 9:00 am on the 24th day of June, 2021 for an Order for Change of Name from GLORIA LORAINE SANCHEZ to LORRAINE GLORIA SANCHEZ.

Anyone having objections to the granting of this Petition should file their objections in writing in the above-entitled and numbered cause on or before June 24, 2021 and should provide a copy thereof to the undersigned counsel for Petitioner.

Thereafter, Petitioner will submit a form of Order to the District Court granting the relief prayed for in the Petition.
