NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to all unknown heirs of the following named deceased person, Michael D. Chavez, that Petitioners Jonathon Thompson and Jason Zern represented by undersigned counsel have petitioned the court to determine 1. adjudication of intestacy, 2, heirship, and 3. to remove Matthew Chavez as the personal representative of this estate.

All persons who have claim to the above referenced estate or the address of 141 Valentin Rd., Belen, NM 87002 more particularly known as Map 97, Tracts 76-A-3-A, -B, -C, -D, and -E should present themselves before the court on July 21, 2021 at 9:00 a.m. in front of the Honorable James Lawrence Sanchez in Courtroom 302 at the Valencia County District Court, 1835 Highway 314 SW, Los Lunas, NM 87031; they may also contact the attorney listed below. Should you fail to present yourself a default judgment may be entered against you.
