WILLIAM E. BIXBY, SR. a/k/a BILL E. BIXBY and JOANNE BIXBY if living, or if deceased, THE UNKNOWN HEIRS OF MARY E. LYBROOK,

WILLIAM E. BIXBY, SR. a/k/a BILL E. BIXBY and JOANNE BIXBY, including without limitation, ALL UNKNOWN CLAIMANTS OF INTEREST IN THE PREMISES ADVERSE TO THE PLAINTIFF, GREETINGS:

You and each of you are hereby notified that the above-named Plaintiff has filed a Complaint against you in the above-entitled and numbered case in the above-designated Court. The general object of the action is to quiet the title of the Plaintiff in fee simple in and to the real estate described in the Complaint in this cause, being situate within Valencia County, New Mexico and more particularly described as:

Lot numbered 36 situate within the San Clemente Grant, projected Section Thirty (30), Township seven (7) North, Range one (1) East, N.M.P.M, and containing ten (10) acres, more or less.

The above captioned action is pending and is undetermined.

Unless you file a responsive pleading or motion in the Court cause on or before thirty (30) days from the date of the last publication of this Notice, a default judgment or other appropriate relief will be rendered in the cause against you.
